Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and dependable Nerve Conduction Technician to perform NCS testing in outpatient settings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional with patients, and comfortable working independently in physician offices.
Responsibilities
- Perform Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) following standard clinical protocols.
- Ensure accurate test setup, data collection, and documentation.
- Maintain and prepare diagnostic equipment for daily use.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and office staff.
- Adhere to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality assurance standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience performing NCS required (EMG knowledge preferred).
- Certification preferred (CNCT, R.NCS.T, or similar).
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Reliable transportation; ability to travel between office locations.
- Flexible per diem availability.
