Warehouse Lead

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping a shift of warehouse associates on track, productive, and safe. You'll be the go-to person on the floor — solving problems in real time, keeping work moving, and making sure the team hits daily targets.

What You'll Do

• Lead and direct a team of warehouse associates throughout the shift
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and adjust workflow as priorities shift
• Track and report daily production numbers, attendance, and shift performance
• Train new associates on processes, safety procedures, and expectations
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate shift updates and issues to site management
• Handle basic troubleshooting — equipment issues, staffing gaps, order discrepancies

What You'll Need

• Prior experience as a lead, supervisor, or team lead in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Comfortable with basic math — counts, ratios, production numbers
• Familiarity with Excel (entering data, reading reports, basic spreadsheets)
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout a full shift (up to [X] lbs)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep a team accountable
• Reliable and punctual — this role sets the tone for the shift
• Forklift/RF scanner experience a plus (not required)
