Key Responsibilities for the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Associate Role:

• Engage with customers in-person: Entry Level Customer Enrollment Associates greet every customer promptly, build rapport, and provide a positive retail experience that encourages enrollment.
• Drive in-person sales: Present products and services in a clear, compelling way, answer customer questions, and highlight promotions to increase sales opportunities.
• Guide customers through enrollment: Explain enrollment processes step-by-step, assist with paperwork or digital forms, and ensure all in-person transactions are accurate and complete.
• Provide expert product knowledge: Entry Level Customer Enrollment Associates stay informed about home improvement products, features, and benefits to educate customers during in-person interactions.
• Achieve retail sales goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly in-person sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized retail environment: Ensure displays are clean and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members: Work closely with colleagues to support in-person sales efforts, troubleshoot customer issues, and share best practices for improving enrollment and retail performance.

Requirements for the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Associate Role:

• No prior sales experience required; full training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person customer interactions.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items.
