Onsite - Irvine, CARole OverviewAt Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, we’re seeking experienced outbound call center sales & service professionals to handle a high volume of primarily outbound calls, internally known as Sales & Service Development Representatives.This role emphasizes developing new opportunities through structured outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong communication skills, able to follow scripts, adapt in the moment, and quickly build rapport. Success in this role requires thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and effectively engaging customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of warm outbound and inbound calls efficiently, with a focus on servicing, prospecting, and lead qualification.Conduct initial contact and follow-up to identify needs and determine customer fitFollow scripts verbatim for products and services, applying rebuttals as neededBuild trust-based relationships by going above and beyond in addressing early customer concernsOffer service support or handle simple service questions prior to transferring to a loan officerConsistently meet individual and team targets for lead conversion, customer service, productivity, and qualityWhat You’ll Need to Succeed1 years of experience in outbound & inbound sales, call center, or phone-based customer engagementExcellent phone communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasiveStrong ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and follow structured scriptsProven track record of proactive outreach and early-stage sales developmentMutual of Omaha Mortgage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage diverse, talented, qualified applicants to apply.
