Commercial & Residential Cleaning Specialist

What We're Looking For
Mutton Rentals is seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and dependable Cleaning Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our business facilities and a private residence.
We're looking for someone who does more than just follow a cleaning checklist. We want someone who takes personal ownership for their work, notices what needs to be done, and finds satisfaction in keeping spaces clean, comfortable, and looking their best.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities are divided between our business facilities and a private residence.
Business Facilities
- Clean and maintain offices, showroom displays, and common areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, counters, and employee spaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
- Empty trash and replenish supplies
- Perform scheduled detail cleaning and periodic deep-cleaning projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and customers
This position does not involve cleaning the entire warehouse, but does include designated high-traffic and employee areas.
Private Residence
- General housekeeping, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, etc.
- General tidying and restocking
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Bedding, dishes, trash, and light laundry
- Periodic deep cleaning and special projects
Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred (2 years)
- Efficient-Manages time wisely, prioritizes tasks, and maintains quality
- Organized-Follows routines, manages recurring responsibilities, and follows through.

Schedule
Part-Time | Approximately 20-25 Hours per Week
- Typically, two days per week at our business facilities
- Typically, two days per week at a private residence
- Flexible scheduling between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Some cleaning must be completed during regular business hours, with other tasks scheduled before or after business hours to minimize disruptions.
We offer scheduling flexibility for the right candidate while maintaining a consistent weekly routine.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
