About you

You’re ambitious, driven and team-oriented. You’ve worked in marketing effectiveness, analytics or measurement for a good stint of your career, and you’ll have experience with MMM either in tech, consulting, publishing, agency or even customer-side. You want to be at the forefront of leveraging AI and agentic processes to change the way we work.

What you’ll do

As a Marketing Science Partner at Mutinex you’re ensuring that our clients get the most value from our GrowthOS & MAITE (LLM insights) marketing investment analytics platform. As an expert in marketing effectiveness and marketing analytics, you’ll help diverse client and agency stakeholder communities best use the GrowthOS platform, and most importantly, help them make fast informed marketing investment decisions and predictions. What you’ll do:

• Help customers understand our GrowthOS platform from onboarding and beyond
• Evolve the platform adoption process through one-to-one engagement via training, materials and automation
• Develop and deliver sector and market analysis and thought leadership using the power of GrowthOS data and insight
• Work with the Model Scale team to solve more complex customer problems
• Conduct and lead platform learning and support, whilst improving these processes through automation
• Support product development and innovation
• Take accountability for client satisfaction and lifetime value
• Create feedback loops and formulate requirements for our internal product, data & tech teams with the opportunity to develop industry-first products
• Have autonomy to deliver on KPIs and OKRs
• Participate in career and professional development opportunities and training
