The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives that strengthen Muth Electric’s brand, recruitment efforts, and company growth.
This PART-TIME SIOUX FALLS BASED ROLE works closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing & Brand Director, this role supports content creation, social media, graphic design, campaigns, and marketing materials while helping maintain a consistent and professional brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, edit, and organize photo and video content for marketing use
- Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and content execution
- Support recruitment marketing, including job postings and hiring campaigns
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives
- Create and design marketing materials, including advertisements, signage, promotional materials, internal communications, graphics, and other visual content
- Maintain organized brand assets, templates, and marketing resources
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies on marketing deliverables
- Assist with research and analysis of market data, industry trends, and internal needs
- Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing & Brand Director with day-to-day marketing initiatives
- Help ensure marketing content and materials align with Muth Electric’s brand standards
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of marketing, communications, design, or related experience preferred
- Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with social media, content creation, photography, video, and graphic design
- Proficiency with common marketing and design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Team-oriented with a creative and collaborative mindset
