Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator helps bring C & B's brand to life across our locations, customers, and communities. This is a hands-on role that touches social media, email, advertising, graphic design, events, and vendor coordination.

You will take projects from concept to execution—creating content, managing campaigns, keeping advertising on budget, coordinating with vendors, and making sure everything looks and feels like C & B. You will work with teams across our 38 John Deere dealership locations to bring ideas to life.

Essential Duties:  

Social Media & Email

• Create, schedule, and manage organic social media content across C & B channels
• Build and manager paid social media campaigns, including budgets and performance tracking
• Create and send email marketing - including writing content and managing distribution lists

Co-op Advertising

• Administer co-op program guidelines and vendor co-op advertising programs
• Submit and track co-op claims for eligible marketing jobs and maintain co-op dashboard
• Prepare co-op fund breakdowns in partnership with accounting team

Design & Branding

• Design print and digital marketing materials including ads, postcards, decals, booklets, and promotional items
• Maintain C & B brand guidelines and ensure all materials, location, and vendors apply them consistently

Events & Campaigns

• Coordinate company presence at industry events including logistics, booth materials, promotional items, and follow-up
• Assist in supporting large-scale marketing initiatives and campaigns, from planning through execution

Vendors, Reporting & Process

• Service as the primary point of contact for advertising and local vendors, managing quotes, proofs, deadlines, and invoices
• Prepare marketing activity reports and provide campaign performance insight

Experience:         

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles
• Working knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Indesign) and ability to prepare print-ready files
• Excellent written and verbal communication & organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Must be self-motivated, creative, team-orientated
