- Lead Lean Supply Chain Stream in restructuring and turnaround projects: Provide focused leadership with strategic directions and expertise to enable lean supply chain operations and continuous improvement
- Deploy the Turnaround Lean Approach for Supply Chain, define roadmaps, optimize processes, organization, and systems to improve performance across the supply chain (service level, cost and cash)
- Engage local teams, monitor action plan execution, lead breakthrough initiatives and workshops and provide guidance and training
- Identify benchmarks, enforce fundamentals, deploy best practices and enable synergies
- Support the M&A-Team in due diligence through expert assessment, analysis and recommendations
- Successfully completed a degree in the field of Supply Chain, Engineering or similar with outstanding results
- At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (manufacturing or services, corporate or consulting background), with exposure to lean management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
- Subject matter expertise in one or several of the key areas of the supply chain (S&OP, production and material planning, inventory management, process flow, warehousing, transportation, etc.)
- Business fluency in English, with the ability to communicate in a well-structured and concise manner
- Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week (typically Monday – Thursday) and to work in an international environment
