We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials and finished goods are accurately received, stored, picked, and shipped to meet production and customer needs.

JOB PURPOSE
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. This role ensures that materials and products are accurately handled, properly stored, and efficiently prepared for shipping or production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately pull and pack customer and production orders.
• Relabel products to meet vendor or customer requirements.
• Stock raw materials and finished goods in designated locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Optimize space allocation within racks and storage areas.
• Conduct cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and assign pick locations appropriately.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures while operating in the warehouse.
• Observe special instructions for customer orders to ensure accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Reach truck certification and experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, bend, climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time.
• Must wear appropriate safety equipment at all times.
• High level of motivation, efficiency, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a continuously changing work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest quality workmanship.
