We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Houston-based Accounting Team at Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas. If you’re an AP expert with a strong eye for detail and a passion for process accuracy, this opportunity is for you.

🧾 What You’ll Do as a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator:

Manage all aspects of Mustang Cat’s weekly accounts payable check run
Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices
Review invoices for correct coding and approval routing
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Process employee expense reimbursements
Set up and maintain vendor accounts in the AP system
Complete W-9 requests and vendor tax documentation
Assist with account reconciliations and reporting

📋 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High proficiency with Excel and related software
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process

✅ Preferred Skills

College coursework in Business or Accounting
Experience with SAP Concur, AVIDXchange, ApplicationXtender, and Unit4 Financials
