As a Parts Exchange Worker, you’ll play a key role in inspecting, handling, and processing heavy equipment components to support parts exchange operations.
Responsibilities Include
- Perform detailed component inspections following Caterpillar CAC guidelines
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move heavy parts and components
- Load and unload freight trucks and manage customer return documentation
- Process parts exchange orders and support warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and timelines
- Follow all Mustang Cat safety policies and wear required PPE
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks and special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or heavy equipment environment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
