- Serve as the customer’s go-to resource for CAT parts and service support
- Conduct on-site equipment inspections and recommend repair strategies
- Drive sales of repair services, preventative maintenance, and parts packages
- Respond quickly to incoming leads and qualify new customers
- Establish and grow customer relationships with a focus on long-term support
- Collaborate with Mustang’s service team to ensure smooth work order execution

- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills

- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Sales negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment and service systems
