🤝 What You’ll Do as a Parts Counter Sales Representative:

As a Level 2 Counter Representative, you’ll take the lead in providing advanced parts support—serving as the go-to resource for customers and internal teams. You’ll use your experience and technical knowledge to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities Include

• Engage customers at the counter, over the phone, and by email to provide expert-level parts support
• Identify, quote, and sell the correct parts based on customer needs, equipment models, or technical specifications
• Proactively suggest related products and upsell opportunities to maximize sales potential
• Check pricing, availability, lead times, and shipping options in real time
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment
• Partner with other internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Assist in training or mentoring new team members as needed
• Maintain a professional, organized, and safe workspace
  
  

📋 What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in parts sales, automotive, heavy equipment, or a related field
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment or machinery
• Customer-focused with a sales-first mindset and professional communication skills
• Comfortable using parts look-up systems, inventory software, and modern business applications
• Self-motivated, reliable, and efficient in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  
  

✅ Additional Helpful Skills

• Experience using CAT systems or similar parts platforms
• Background in heavy equipment, diesel, construction, or industrial parts sales
• Ability to support team members and lead by example in customer interactions
