Patient Care Coordinator
Must Love Kids Pediatric Dentistry – Full-Time
Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily patient schedule
- Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Handle incoming correspondence and patient inquiries
- Keep the front office organized, efficient, and running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental front office or Patient Care Coordinator experience required
- Pediatric dental experience is highly preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume office
- Experience with dental insurance verification and scheduling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for working with children and families
- Reliable, dependable, and a collaborative team player
Language Skills
