Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, FUN, and passionate Voice Teacher to join our team. As a Voice Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality voice instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. You will teach private lessons. If you have a love for music and a desire to inspire and educate others, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Curate a voice curriculum for students along with creating a fun learning environment
- Teach students proper voice technique, music theory, sight-reading, and ear training
- Select appropriate repertoire for students to practice and perform
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters creativity and musical expression
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide progress updates and discuss student goals
- Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and other performance opportunities
-Most administrative tasks are covered and you as a teacher only teach!
Skills:
- Proficient in childhood development principles to effectively teach students of all ages
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain a focused and productive learning environment
- Excellent behavior management techniques to address any challenges that may arise during lessons
- Ability to incorporate iPad games and apps into lesson plans
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is required
Hours:
Current Hours are as follows but we are looking to expand 1-2 hours each day: Tuesday 2-4:30pm(Mesa Location), Wednesday 2-5:30pm (Mesa Location) , Thursday 2:30-6pm (Queen Creek Location), Friday 1:30-5:30pm (QC Location), Saturday 10am-2pm (QC Location)
