Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Violin & Viola Teacher at our Ahwatukee Location. Studio is a family owned and operated studio and on its 29th year. We are looking for a vibrant, committed teacher that can join the faculty. Someone available on Tuesdays to start would be preferred. To start off this role would be to build up a roster 1 or 2 days a week.
This studio is looking for a qualified, talented teacher that can prepare students for recitals, ensembles and auditions. s. In this role, you will design engaging curriculum plans, deliver inspiring lessons, and foster a love of creative expression in learners of all ages. Your expertise will help students develop their musical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to students’ skill levels and interests.
- Deliver engaging lessons that incorporate technical instruction, performance techniques, choreography, and artistic exploration..
- Prepare students for performances.
- Be a team player, work alongside other teachers.
Qualifications
- Working towards music degree or already having music or education degree.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Experience working with special education needs or early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students across various age groups.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
