We are looking for a Junior Attorney to initiate, structure, negotiate and draft and review distribution, acquisition, label services, brand partnership and other related contracts, amendments, and related documents.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
BA/BS degree, JD, and member in good standing of the California state bar or California registered in-house counsel required.
Must have two to four years of experience practicing music law. In-house or law firm experience in entertainment law preferred.
