About The Job
We seek an Executive Director to direct the overall operation of the organization with the objective of making music at the highest professional level. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of the organization, including: institutional planning, fiscal operations, marketing/communications, fundraising and concert production. He/she will manage a dedicated staff and team of volunteers as well as an annual operating budget of approximately $1.4 million. The Executive Director will work with the Artistic Director and Board of Directors to forge the innovative vision and strategic direction for this growing organization.
Bachelor's Degree Required. Masters Degree Preferred.
Must have 5 years of related experience. Experience with a cultural institution or arts organization preferred.
Must have strong marketing, public relations, and fundraising experience.
