Nashville, TN Full Time
POSTED ON 3/27/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/27/2026

We are an established and growing dog training company looking to add a professional dog trainer to our team in the Nashville, TN area.

Our training focuses heavily on real-world results and often involves working with dogs that have more challenging behavior issues. We are looking for someone who wants to grow as a trainer, work with serious cases, and be part of a team that is committed to providing one of the most comprehensive and reliable dog training programs available.

Dog training experience is required. While experience is important, we will also provide mentorship, continued education, and ongoing support to help the right person develop and succeed within our system.

This position involves working directly with clients and their dogs, leading training sessions, coaching owners through the training process, and helping dogs succeed in real-life environments. The role also includes handling client communication from prospective clients, and managing scheduling and bookings.

We are not looking for someone to simply work for us — we are looking for someone who wants to work with us as part of a professional training team.

The right candidate will:

  • Have previous dog training experience
  • Be entrepreneurial-minded and motivated
  • Be a strong self-starter who works well independently
  • Have excellent communication and people skills
  • Enjoy working with both dogs and owners
  • Have strong problem-solving skills
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be comfortable using computers and cloud-based systems

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated trainer who wants to grow their skills, work with serious behavior cases, and build a long-term career in professional dog training.

We are looking for someone who lives in the Nashville, TN area ONLY.
