Reviews pending application status 2. Sends correspondence for needed items of eligibility 3. Processes application and verifies eligibility before assigning to case management specialist 4. Process and verify diversion assistance eligibility and submit to program manager or director for approval 5. Maintain an updated log on applicants 6. Enter information into the TANF database 7. Refers applicants/participants to community resources and other organizations 9. Conducts in-home visits when needed 10. Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: High school diploma/GED with 1 year experience in customer service and social service office setting.
