Kids Van Driver
The Musco Conference Center team has an opening for a Kids Van Driver at our Oskaloosa office. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!
Little League
Essential Criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Clean driving record with the ability to achieve and maintain a valid Class D Chauffeurs license
- Clean criminal record
- Positive demeanor and ability to work with children of all ages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities
- CPR / First aid certified
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Transport Team Members dependent children in a safe and timely manner
- Assist with coordinating, planning and scheduling of Team Members Kids Van requests
- Conduct introductory family meetings with Team Members and dependent children for new van requests
- Negotiate and communicate Kids Van schedules to appropriate schools, agencies and care providers
- Effectively communicate route schedules and changes to Team Members, HR and other Kids Van Drivers
- Responsible for welfare of children in care
- Responsible for assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Conduct routine van inspection to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vans
- Communicate any issues regarding the Kids Van, the routes or the riders to all appropriate individuals effectively and promptly
- Assist the front desk with answering Musco main phone lines
- Other duties as assigned
