Little League
Essential Criteria
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Clean driving record with the ability to achieve and maintain a valid Class D Chauffeur’s license
- Clean criminal record
- Positive demeanor and ability to work with children of all ages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities
- CPR / First aid certified
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus
- Transport Team Member’s dependent children in a safe and timely manner
- Assist with coordinating, planning and scheduling of Team Member’s Kids Van requests
- Conduct introductory family meetings with Team Member’s and dependent children for new van requests
- Negotiate and communicate Kid’s Van schedules to appropriate schools, agencies and care providers
- Effectively communicate route schedules and changes to Team Member’s, HR and other Kid’s Van Drivers
- Responsible for welfare of children in care
- Responsible for assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Conduct routine van inspection to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vans
- Communicate any issues regarding the Kid’s Van, the routes or the riders to all appropriate individuals effectively and promptly
- Assist the front desk with answering Musco main phone lines
- Other duties as assigned
