Essential Criteria:
- Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in AWS Cloud Engineering
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience in API development and web services.
- Experience evaluating different architectural approaches and solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL database modeling and design, and experience with SQL.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while being part of a Team
- Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prototype, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain features, services, and microservices on the AWS cloud and edge devices.
- Stay informed of emerging cloud technologies and evaluate their value to the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product designers, software engineers, hardware engineers, and business leaders.
- Develop large-scale, robust, and efficient software solutions for our product and services.
- Research and integrate new cloud services that complement our suite of product offerings.
- Evaluate different architectural approaches and solutions.
- Ensure that the software used meets the requirements set forth by the team and is of high quality.
- Develop automation scripts and tools to improve the efficiency of deployment and testing.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of the software.
- Support application engineers and project managers with product issues as needed.
