You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to derive data-driven insights that enhance user experience and optimize the platform’s AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user data and engagement metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement • Evaluate the performance of AI-generated fitness recommendations and suggest optimizations based on user outcomes • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to measure the impact of new features and product changes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven product decisions • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user retention, conversion rates, and workout completion rates • Assist in building data models to improve personalization and recommendation accuracy • Clean, organize, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets related to user fitness activity and app usage • Provide actionable insights to improve user engagement, retention, and overall platform performance ________________________________________

Required Skills & Qualifications
