Education: Graduation from an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
Experience: Two to three years’ experience performing dedicated pediatric ultrasound preferred.

Essential Job Functions Include
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and all hospital and community caregivers.
- Management of patient priority.
- Interdepartmental teamwork for patient care coordination in outpatient setting
- Timely preparation and communication of preliminary reports.
- Demonstrated competency in all aspects of RIS and PACS as it pertains to modality specific functions and use.
- Adherence to all department policies, procedures, and protocols.
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
Experience: Two to three years’ experience performing dedicated pediatric ultrasound preferred.
Required Registration/Certification
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (S) or Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider
