Job Title: Sleep Apnea Coach - Patient Management Center
Location: 100% REMOTE BUT MUST LIVE IN PITTSBURGH, PA

Your focus will be on delivering outstanding communication, education, and motivation to help patients achieve improved compliance and long-term health outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert coaching and compassionate support to sleep apnea patients throughout their treatment.
- Educate patients about their therapy equipment, usage, and benefits to encourage adherence and engagement.
- Communicate with patients across various platforms (phone, email, video, etc.) to ensure consistent, high-quality interaction.
- Monitor patient progress using cloud-based systems and offer tailored solutions to address challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and collaborating with the team.
- Represent our brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, and written/oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems such as AirView, Care Orchestrator, and iCodeConnect
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
