Murrieta Connect Group Inc. is growing and looking for an outgoing AT&T Brand Ambassador to join our expanding team in Murrieta. As an AT&T Brand Ambassador, you'll work directly with customers throughout the local community, introduce AT&T products and services, answer questions, and help customers explore options that fit their communication needs. Every AT&T Brand Ambassador receives hands-on coaching in customer engagement, sales, and marketing, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build transferable skills and grow in a customer-facing career.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Brand Ambassador

• Connect with customers through in-person conversations across the local community while representing the AT&T brand professionally.
• Introduce available products, services, and current offers in a clear, approachable way that encourages meaningful customer engagement.
• Collaborate with fellow AT&T Brand Ambassador team members to execute community outreach efforts, share ideas, and contribute to team sales goals.
• Learn about customer needs and recommend solutions that provide the best overall value.
• Create positive first impressions that strengthen the AT&T brand and support long-term customer relationships.
• Support daily sales and marketing initiatives by delivering an outstanding customer experience during every interaction.
• Participate in ongoing AT&T Brand Ambassador coaching focused on communication, customer engagement, sales, and marketing development.
• Continue building professional sales, customer service, and marketing skills while growing as an AT&T Brand Ambassador.

Qualifications of the AT&T Brand Ambassador

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, marketing, or another customer-facing role is helpful but not required.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Interested in building long-term experience in sales, customer engagement, and marketing while growing as an AT&T Brand Ambassador.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
