What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner- West Kentucky Surgical- Full Time position at Murray?
Required Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered with Kentucky Board of Nursing as APRN - in good standing
- CPR certification required
- CWS (Certified Wound Specialty) Certification, or obtain within 6-12 months of hire
- CV-BC Certification, or within 12 months of hire
Minimum Education:
- Graduate of an accredited APRN Program
Minimum Work Experience:
- Prior experience in clinical office and hospital preferred.
- Prior experience in surgery, and/or wounds preferred.
