Job Description:
Works under the direction of the Hospice Director and Hospice RN's and is responsible for providing personal care assistance to Hospice patients.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED required. Successful completion of nursing assistant course.
- Must have current CNA certification status.
- Previous work as CNA either in Home Care, Hospital, or Hospice preferred.
- BLS certification maintained.

- Tuberculosis Test
- Background Check
- Physical Exam
- Respirator Fit
