Service Plumber and Water Treatment Specialist
Need a couple of plumbers that can help residential and commercial customers solve water and plumbing problems with clear communication, clean workmanship, and solutions that hold up long term. My focus is tankless water heaters and well water treatment, while staying sharp on the core plumbing skills every service plumber needs.
Primary focus
Tankless water heaters
Diagnose no hot water, poor performance, error codes, scale buildup, and flow issues
Service and descale systems, restore performance, and improve reliability
Install and replace tankless units with proper sizing, gas supply, venting, condensate, and safety checks
Educate customers on maintenance and what protects their investment
Well water and water treatment
Test and interpret water quality results and match solutions to real conditions
Install and service whole home filtration, softeners, carbon, sediment, iron and sulfur solutions, and specialty media as needed
Troubleshoot pressure, flow, cycling, and quality complaints tied to treatment equipment
Set up systems correctly and coach customers on maintenance schedules and expectations
General service plumbing for commercial and residential
Diagnose and repair leaks, fixture failures, and water pressure issues
Repair and replace valves, stops, faucets, toilets, supply lines, and drain components
Clear clogs and restore proper drainage, including main line issues when needed
Support remodel and upgrade work with code appropriate connections and clean installs
Provide practical recommendations for prevention, efficiency, and reliability
Professional approach and soft skills
Lead with clear explanations so customers understand what is happening and why
Offer options with honest pros and cons, then help customers choose the best fit
Document findings and work performed with notes and photos when helpful
Protect the home or facility, keep the site clean, and verify performance before leaving
Communicate respectfully with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and facility teams
Stay calm under pressure and handle emergencies with safety first decision making
