Position Overview
- Run: Your first priority is running drinks from the bar to the table quickly and accurately so every cocktail, glass of wine, and beer arrives at its best. When drinks are covered, help run food from the kitchen.
- Bus: Keep the dining room clean and moving by clearing and resetting tables. We live by "full hands in, full hands out," so you never walk the floor empty-handed.
- Roll: Fold napkins, polish silverware, and set tables with both so every guest sits down to a spotless setting.
- Team Support: Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and servers so service stays smooth and guests are taken care of.
- Guest Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, handle small requests gracefully, and bring any issues to a server or manager right away.
- Restaurant Operations: Help with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining room, restocking supplies, and keeping stations clean and organized.
