What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Integrator position at Murray Resources - Best Staffing Agency?
A fast-growing communications and creative agency is seeking a Project Integrator to join the team. This is an embedded role within a large pharmaceutical manufacturer's capital delivery program, working daily alongside the client's program team to keep people, information, and decisions connected as the work scales. The Project Integrator is responsible for connecting people and information across the program and keeping the team aligned on the initiatives that matter most, so the program delivers on time and delivers safely.
Salary: $120,000–$160,000
Location: Lehigh Valley, PA
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Move decisions, not just information. Get the right people to an answer and close it out. Accurate relay between parties is the floor.
- Arrive with a recommendation. When you raise a problem, you bring a proposed path and ask whether it holds. You will often build that path with incomplete information and no precedent to copy.
- Set the rhythm. Own the program's communication cadence: leadership updates, all-hands moments, milestone recaps, site-wide visibility. Build the work-back schedule before anyone asks for one.
- Anticipate. Read what is coming at your director and prepare for it unprompted. Start what the program will need in six weeks now.
- Direct creative firepower. Brief the design, video, and production teams with enough context that they can do their best work. You shape and direct. You are not the designer.
- Refine the playbook. Every program runs on a living playbook you own and keep current day to day.
- Much of the value you create here will be invisible. Catching a need before it is voiced. Noticing what is on a director's calendar and making sure they walk in ready. The small moments that make a program glad you are on it. None of that shows up on a task list, and it is the clearest evidence that an integrator has moved from reacting to anticipating.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years in communications, program management, creative production, or a comparable role where you owned outcomes rather than tasks
- You have worked inside a large, complex organization and can name the moment you understood how decisions actually got made there
- You have operated without clear direction and produced something good anyway. You can describe a call you made with incomplete information, why you made it, and what you would do differently
- You write well under time pressure and can hold a room of senior leaders
- You're a generalist by design, but you know when a decision needs a specialist and you don't guess in their lane
- You raise a hand early when something is new, hard, and has never been done before, and you get the right people together before it gets expensive
- You are comfortable being the most visible person in the room and the least credited one
