Our client is is seeking a fully on-site Medical Office Assistant to join their team. The Medical Office Assistant work closely with patients in a busy clinic setting to complete health assessments.
Pay: $26-28/hr

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with patients to administer health questioners and assessments.
- Document patient notes and create patient activity calendars.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with patients, staff, and providers.
- In downtime, complete professional development activities..
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced medical practice
- Must have CNA, CMA, LPN or similar certification
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance standards
- Must show high level of personal integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
- Well organized and be able to thrive in a highly independent working environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft based software and various web-based software and technology
