Las Vegas, NV | $110,000–$145,000 DOE | Full-Time

We are hiring an experienced Lead Multifamily Superintendent to take ownership of field operations on large-scale multifamily construction projects in the Las Vegas area.

This is a senior-level position for someone who has spent 7 years specifically as a Lead or Senior Superintendent for a General Contractor and has a proven track record successfully running multifamily projects.

Multifamily construction experience is REQUIRED. Podium and mid-rise experience is highly preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all day-to-day field operations from pre-construction through final punch
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, trades, and onsite coordination
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules and short-term look-ahead schedules
• Work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and budget
• Lead subcontractor and coordination meetings
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and field conditions
• Monitor production costs and project progress
• Enforce quality-control standards from sitework through final finishes
• Manage change orders, daily reports, and field documentation
• Implement and enforce jobsite safety programs
• Assist estimating with sequencing, scheduling, logistics, and pre-bid planning

What We're Looking For

• 7 years as a Lead or Senior Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Proven multifamily construction experience — REQUIRED
• Podium and/or mid-rise multifamily experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of sitework, excavation, grading, masonry, framing, and interior finishes
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications
• Strong subcontractor management and scheduling experience
• Experience developing CPM and look-ahead schedules
• Strong quality-control and safety leadership experience
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma required; Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture degree is a plus
