WEEKEND RELIEF MANAGER – SELF STORAGE

Join Our Team!
We are looking for a dependable, trustworthy, customer-service–focused individual to work weekends at our self-storage facility.
Schedule
- Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Must be available for occasional weekday coverage (vacations, leave of absence, extra help)
- Job Duties
- Answer phones & take messages
✔ Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal vehicle (bank deposits required)
- Clear criminal history
- Able to work at multiple Houston-area locations
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow instructions
- Customer service experience is a plus
- No experience required — we will train the right person
- Lease storage units
- Check & respond to emails
- Lock & unlock units
- Call past-due customers
- Take payments
- Maintain property cleanliness
- Complete daily bank deposits
- Assist with filing & organized record-keeping
- Support projected rent goals & occupancy growth
- Follow company procedures
- Other tasks as assigned
