The Compensation and Benefits:
- $70,000 - $90,000 annual salary, depending on your experience
- Full-time, Direct Hire
- Hybrid Schedule (2-3 days in the office)
- Comprehensive benefits package

The Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation claims
- Texas Adjuster’s Insurance License
- Experience with analyzing complex claims data, translating findings into strategic, actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Microsoft Office and various claims database management systems
The Role:
- Create presentations for training purposes on all updates on policies, workers' compensation laws, and procedures
- Maintain a current and comprehensive action plan for all assigned indemnity claims
- Ensure timely completion of all claim file activities
- Oversee all internal and external audits
- Comprehensive understanding of the Texas Labor Code as it applies to workers' compensation claims
