- Manage contacts, tasks, and follow-up inside the CRM Powered by PLACE
- Guide buyers and sellers from consultation to closing with excellent client service
- Participate in team trainings, call nights, and accountability meetings
- Track weekly performance metrics including contacts, appointments, and contracts
- Build a consistent pipeline through disciplined follow-up and relationship building
- Active Arizona real estate license (new or experienced)
- Comfortable with lead generation including phone calls and in person conversations
- Coachable and willing to implement feedback and systems
- High level of personal accountability and time management, this is a full time career
- Basic proficiency with CRM and AI systems and technology or willingness to learn with our amazing training Powered by PLACE
