Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Developer based in Blaine, MN, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Project Developer, you will be the first point of contact with clients and execute our proprietary four step sales process. You will work closely with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to establish scopes of work, budgets, detailed plans, 3D renderings, material selections, contracts, and be a partner throughout the construction phase of the project. The Project Developer provides homeowners with a remodeling experience that goes at their pace, steady and carefully planned at every step, with just the right amount of guidance and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Experience in project planning, coordination, and management
- Proficiency in design, construction methodologies, and materials selection
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with construction software and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of budget management and cost estimation
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of residential construction and a proven track record of success in sales
