As a Lead Carpenter, you will oversee all aspects of the carpentry work on our residential remodeling projects. This role involves hands-on carpentry work as well as overseeing a team, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meeting our quality standards.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5 years of experience and mastered knowledge in all aspects of carpentry.
- The ability to guide, instruct, and motivate others.
- Proficiency in project planning, execution, and coordination.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
