Leasing Consultant – Job Overview
As a Leasing Consultant, you play a key role in driving occupancy and creating an exceptional experience for both prospective and current residents. You are the first impression of the community and are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving leasing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into community tours by proactively following up with prospects and providing helpful, accurate, and compelling information about the community and surrounding neighborhood
- Conduct engaging, informative, and personalized tours that highlight the unique features and benefits of the community, ultimately leading to new leases
- Deliver an exceptional resident experience by building strong relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service
- Utilize social media and outreach strategies to generate awareness, interest, and excitement about the community
- Maintain strong product knowledge of apartment homes, pricing, availability, and local market trends
- Manage prospect interactions, appointments, and follow-ups through CRM systems to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed occupancy and leasing goals
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in the leasing office and community
- Lease-Up experience a plus!
Schedule Expectations:
- Availability to work weekends (three weekends per month) when prospective residents are actively searching for their new home
- Two days off during the week to support work-life balance
Job Type: Full-time
