What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Concierge position at Murn Management?
We are seeking an experienced, service oriented, professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess customer service experience and/or hospitality experience. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering and screening phone calls
Review and respond to emails
Assist with Leasing as needed
Assist residents as needed
Amenity reservation and tracking.
· Excellent Customer Service skills required.
· Computer Skills MS Office use of office printers/ Scanner. Yardi/Package Concierge experience preferred but not required.
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Concierge: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
