Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Building Construction Office Administrator to join our team in managing the daily operations of our construction office. This vital role includes effective communication, and efficient project support to our team and construction environment. The ideal candidate must have previous exam on building construction office software programs.

Duties

Write construction estimates and proposals

Record keeping, and document management to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • scheduling, coordination for project meetings, site visits, and team appointments.
  • project tracking progress, keep organized contractors and subcontractors filing records.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships by managing procurement processes, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely service for supplies and equipments

Experience

  • Proven experience in building construction office administrator.
  • Experience on construction estimates and budget administration within the construction industry or related field
  • bookkeeping and tracked expenses for tax purposes.
  • Good communication between vendors, clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Previous experience with vendor relationships and materials supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
