Motor Werks is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Honda Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our dealership, the Sales Consultant will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect Honda vehicle to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with their automotive needs, including selecting, test driving, and purchasing Honda vehicles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.

Showcase the features and benefits of Honda vehicles and explain financing options, warranties, and other services.

Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.

Stay informed about Honda products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
