About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be part of a growing sales team, responsible for outbound prospecting, running discovery calls, and helping customers. This role is ideal for recent grads, early-career professionals, or career changers who are eager to break into software sales. You’ll gain hands on experience at one of the fastest growing startups in the US.
What You'll Do
- Make a hundreds of outbound calls to prospective clients
- Manage and grow a pipeline of leads, moving them through the sales funnel
- Conduct discovery calls and demos to understand client needs and position solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent customer experience
- Close new business and hit monthly revenue targets
- Log activities and maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot
- Continuously seek feedback, refine your skills, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture
Who You Are
- A recent college graduate, early-career professional, or someone eager to break into SaaS sales
- You’ve found success in challenging environments (door-to-door sales, competitive athletics, demanding campus roles, etc.)
- Naturally curious--you’re always looking to refine your craft and improve your performance
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and confident handling objections
- Self-motivated and able to operate effectively amid ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable, coachable, and skilled at building strong relationships with clients and teammates
- A true team player who thrives in collaborative, high-energy settings
- You take ownership when things go wrong — your first instinct is to reflect, learn, and identify how you can help the team succeed next time
Bonus:
