Reliability Engineering Manager

Overview

Mural Group is partnering with a multi-site industrial manufacturer to hire a Corporate Reliability Engineering Manager. This role is responsible for improving reliability, equipment uptime, and maintenance performance across multiple manufacturing facilities. The focus is on building systems, standards, and accountability that drive long-term operational performance.

This is a corporate leadership position, not a plant maintenance role. The successful candidate will lead reliability initiatives across several facilities, standardize maintenance practices, establish performance metrics, and help move sites from reactive maintenance toward a structured reliability culture
