The Director of Engineering will fulfill these responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global engineering strategy to support the company's mission of delivering cutting-edge data center cooling solutions.
- Process Alignment: Standardize and optimize engineering processes across all manufacturing facilities to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in production.
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor a global team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and offer management teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on HVAC systems, with a focus on data center cooling technologies, including liquid cooling, air cooling, and hybrid systems.
- Global Coordination: Manage engineering projects across multiple sites, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all engineering processes and products comply with global regulatory standards, safety requirements, and environmental guidelines.
- Budget and Resource Management: Oversee engineering budgets, allocate resources effectively, and drive cost optimization without compromising quality.
