Self-employed • Base Pay: $20/hour • Plus commissions ($70,000 per year potential)

This position supports both office operations and field coordination for construction and insurance-related projects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Communicate professionally by phone and text
- Coordinate schedules, site visits, and documentation
- Work with contractors, homeowners, and insurance adjusters
- Assist with project follow-ups and claim organization
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Vehicle required
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with clients and professionals
- Experience in construction, restoration, or insurance is a plus
- Bilingual English–Spanish speaker a (preferred)
- $20/hour base pay
