Job Description: Retail Sales Associate (Part-time)

We and are seeking passionate and energetic Sales Associates to join our team.
Position located in West Hollywood, CA. at our Melrose Retail store.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the perfect products to fit their style and needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Municipal products, including new releases and upcoming trends
- Assist customers in identifying ideal styles and fits, offering styling tips and advice
- Manage transactions at the point-of-sale, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain store appearance, including restocking, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of streetwear trends and fashion is a plus.
- 2 years' experience in retail sales is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional holidays.
