IT Project Management Intern

Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is a shared service organization that delivers services to all Munich Re US P&C Companies and other group entities.

In this position, the IT Project Management Intern will gain familiarity with common project management tools used for resource, budget and timeline management while gaining experience in a highly regulated IT environment (process governance, documentation requirements, risk and control management).

Responsibilities

• Monitor project-related dashboard data; follow up with corrections as needed.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project-related process documentation
• Co-lead small project

Qualifications

• Grade Level: Undergraduate Rising Junior or Senior
• Preferred Majors: Risk Management, Project Management, Computer Info Systems
• Working familiarity with Microsoft apps like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Light data analysis

• Good interpersonal skills; ability to motivate
• Must be comfortable learning new applications and have a working knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Willingness to learn or experience using AI to create documents is a plus!
